Project management
This is a necessary part of any project. Organizing and dovetailing trades, working to budgets and ordering material all take time. Let us take this worry away from you. If time is short, no matter how large or small your project is, we will give it our full attention.
Construction
“We’ve got the builders in” can be a contentious phrase. Perhaps there is another way? NPM could be the answer; we have experience in all types of construction from extensions to garages to roof construction, loft conversions, alterations or any type of building work. We also liaise with architects, yours or our, right through to building control.
Refurbishment
Throughout the life of a home things become tired and worn out. Whether it’s a new kitchen fitting or a new bathroom installation we can help you plan everything from the initial design to the taps and the tiling. Our experienced carpenters can provide door upgrades, wood flooring, built in cupboards and all types of joinery.
Landscaping
No home is complete without the outside looking as good as the inside.
To help you realize your dream home NPM has the expertise to design and install your new patio, decking or fencing. Choose from close boarded, post and rail or panels. In preparation for your planting and landscaping, we can lay drainage, remove roots and clear and level the ground.
Excavations
Our mini digger is always on hand to hire with an operator for:
Footings – trenching – ground clearance – root removal – ditching – drive ways pipe laying and pond work.
